A Frog Prince Policies
Fees & Payment Schedule
A $500.00 save the date is required to reserve a date. Save the Date is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The save the date will be applied toward your final balance, Payments to be made 90, 60 and 30 days prior to the event. Based on guest minimums prior to event. All mandatory payments received toward an event are non-refundable upon cancellation. All payments may be made by cash, check or Visa, Master Card.
A refundable $250 security deposit will be added to your final invoice written in a separate check or with a card credit on file. The check will be returned to you ten days following your event, providing no damages have incurred.
Guarantee
The number of guests attending must be confirmed fourteen days prior to the event. This number will be a guarantee for billing purposes that may not be reduced after that date. A Frog Prince will charge its published per person rate for any additional guests in excess of your final count. In the event that the number of guests attending is below the minimum guarantee, you will still be charged the guarantee minimum amount.
Cancellations
Save The Date is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Once payments and subsequent payments are made toward the event, there is no refund upon cancellation.
Taxes & Service Charges
All food, beverages and venue use are subject to applicable sales tax and an 20% service charge. The 20% service charge is subject to state sales tax (Missouri State Board of Cass County).
Alcohol
Alcohol may be brought in for a non-refundable $200.00 charge. A portable bar set-up. Wine and or Beer only. All food sales, and services are regulated by the State of Missouri as to the licensed A Frog Prince, as is responsible for the administration of these regulations. Alcoholic beverage service will be denied to those people who appear to be intoxicated or underage. A Frog Prince reserves the right to close the bar at any time necessary. All alcoholic beverage service must stop thirty minutes prior to end of the event. All leftover alcohol must be removed at the end of your event. Your party will need to provide a responsible bartender, (license not needed.)
Menu Selections
We provide outstanding in-house food to please your taste. All Weddings & Receptions must have food service as defined by buffet, sit-down menu. It is advised that you make all menu selections during your complimentary food tasting then discuss at your final detail appointment, which will take place 6-8 weeks prior to your event. The Lilly Cakes with a Ten inch round white wedding cake for cutting, are included in your reception package, tasting is available at the food tasting. Children under the age of three are free.

Tables & Area Decorations
Decorating for the wedding ceremony and reception will be arranged with your wedding director. A Frog Prince is not responsible for assigned seating cards or the placing of such cards. No confetti, sparklers, rice or glitter may be used on the premises for any purpose.
Vendors
Selections of vendors (minister, photographers, florist, dj’s etc.) should be made as soon as possible after booking to ensure their availability. Should you allow your vendors to eat dinner, there will be part of your original guest count. We have a prefer vendors list offered by A Frog Prince,
Inclement Weather
A Frog Prince cannot be held responsible for inclement weather in any way. In the event of such conditions, the ceremony will be held inside the Arabellah Ballroom (set dinner theater style). Due to additional space required for the ceremony, bars, appetizers, gift & registration tables will be at a minimum, the maximum occupancy is 160. Tenting is available as an upgrade.
General
We have two spaces and times available. A Frog Prince can accommodate a maximum of 160 guests with a minimum of 100 in the Arabellah Ballroom. Hugo Room minimum 40 with a maximum of 70. You may start your wedding at any time after 9:00am. All events must close at 11:00pm. All services will shut down thirty minutes prior to end of events. You have the use of the venue for eight (8) hours.
Once an event is scheduled, A Frog Prince will honor the package price at time of booking. Should you need to reschedule, you will be subject to any pricing or policies at the time of scheduling. All pricing is subject to change.
A Frog Prince will reserve a date and time for a one-hour rehearsal.
A Frog Prince is not responsible for any damage or loss to any merchandise, articles, or valuables located on the premise prior, or subsequent, to any function.
A Frog Prince reserves the right to refuse service.
ALL Frog Prince Policies are subject to change.
Music Sound DJ
Frog Prince has an unique use of our sound system. You download music to a IPOD, bring CDR’s or select music from our pre-recorded library. We handle your reception for $400.00. The DJ announces for The entrance of Mr and Mrs into your reception, first dances and toasts... the evening away.
